Perception of alcohol very discreet; a traditional recipe concept where sugar is well balanced. The body is given by a soft sweetness and a delicate acidity which makes it complex and has a rounded and persistent finish. Excellent to drink alone, preferably cold or with ice together with dessert. With good rich white wine or champagne it becomes perfect
